Arrow - Season 3 - Episode 1 - "The Silence": After his victory Arrow was a hero to the citizens of Starling. Crime is down, people feel safer, and Captain Lance even has his anti-intervention group Vigilante. Building on the success believes, Oliver, he can finally have a private life and invites Felicity to an appointment. But the minute Oliver in his hat, a deadly enemy emerges Starling and forces him to realize that he would not be Oliver Queen - not the city needs arrow.
